Network status


At present all our systems are online and running at optimal resources.

We pride our service and delivery record and continue to monitor our complete network 24/7 .

In the event of scheduled outage or service maintenance we will post information here.

 

  • Status Info - Aug 2017
  • There was a brief interuption with our main server this morning. We are investigating the cause.

  • Status Info - June 2017
  • On June 7th Bell will be performing maintenance on our fibre that will cause a short outage.

    Bell has given us a maintenance window of 8am to 12 noon - however, based on our past experience, they typically start their maintenance work first thing, at 8am.

    We expect it to be a short outage, only a couple of minutes.
  • February 19, 2016
  • We will be shutting down the main router at 12 noon (February 19, 2016) to test our backup router unit. Expected down time 5 mins. Once functional - backup will be shutdown and main router back in place- another 5 min of down time.
  • January 27, 2016
  • Followup. As a proactive message we will be replacing another drive in the server that has over 33000 hrs on it. The server will be shutdown for a brief few minutes while the drive is removed and a new drive is installed.
  • January 25, 2016
  • Update 1:15 pm - Failed HD removed, NEW HD installed in server and configured.
  • We are currently experiencing issues with our main keynetz mail server. Our technicians are looking into the issue. Thank you for your patience in this matter as our mail server is extremely overloaded currently. The server will be shut down briefly to replace the failed HD between 1 and 2 pm today.
